Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the global logistics giant, has reportedly taken the 15% stake that Rome airports has in Italy’s Genoa Spa Airport. The remaining part is divided between the Western Ligurian Sea Port System Authority (60%) and the Genoa Chamber of Commerce (25%), as per a report.
