Qatar Airways Cargo has published its latest revised schedule, reflecting the gradual increase in belly and freighter operations to and from Doha. With the latest update, its passenger / belly-hold network is back to over 150 destinations from 16 June while freighter destinations have increased to over 50 destinations.
While gradually building the network, it is lifting up embargoes in a phased manner. The following shipments remain embargoed:
QRLIV* – Special handling codes AVF, AVM and DOC
LHO – Live human organs and blood
VIC – Q‑Prime Urgent Critical Cargo
*Customers are permitted to book QRLIV shipments with special handling codes AVA, AVB, AVC, AVH, AVL, AVT, AVR and AVP, provided the transit time in Doha (DOH) does not exceed 24 hours. For transit time exceeding 24 hours, special approval from the Cargo Special Loads team is required. AVF, AVM and DOC can be booked from 16 May onwards.
All other Qatar Airways Cargo products remain available for booking through normal sales channels, including the Digital Lounge and local Qatar Airways Cargo sales teams, with capacity open for customer bookings, informed a release.
