AIR FRANCE KLM MARTINAIR Cargo, the specialised air cargo business of the Air France KLM Group, has said in a release that as part of its commitment to provide customers with the best possible cargo solutions, it will be gradually introducing its new “PLUS” service level starting from October 9, 2023.
Salient features of PLUS
• High priority: Cargo will be granted priority status when booking and in the event of any disruptions.
• Extra care: Preferential handling provided during loading and unloading.
The new “PLUS” service level is intended for shipments requiring extra priority but not necessarily faster ground speed. Should the shipment require late delivery, early pick-up or shorter connection time, its “Express” product remains the best choice, the release added.
