Mr C. K. Govil of Activair Airfreight India Pvt. Ltd, who previously served as Vice-President, has now been elected as President of The Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) for 2023-24. He takes over from Mr Afzal Malbarwala of Galaxy Freight Pvt. Ltd.
The names of the other new office bearers were also announced during the 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ACAAI held on September 12, 2023 in Mumbai.
Mr Samir J. Shah of Star Freight (Pvt.) Ltd has been elected as Vice-President, Mr Vikram Kumar of CTC Air Carriers is the Hon. Secretary General, and Mr Praveen Menon of Interfreight Services Pvt. Ltd is the Hon. Treasurer of ACAAI for 2023-24.
The Managing Committee Members are Mr Mahesh Trikha, Mr Anil Vazirani, Mr Siddharth Jairaj, Ms Chaitaly Mehta, Mr Ronnie Goveas and Mr Amit Koley, as per a communique.
