HONG Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), Hong Kong’s largest inde-pendent cargo handler, has once again been named “Air Cargo Handling Agent of the Year” at the recent World Air Cargo Awards.Hactl has now received the honour nine times in the seventeen years of the com-petition. As with previous years, all awards were based on the voting of readers of Air Cargo Week from around the world, said a release.
