SpiceJet has reportedly struck a preliminary deal for a $100 million investment into its recently spun-out logistics unit SpiceXpress.
SpiceJet had hived off its cargo and logistics arm in April this year in a bid to raise funds independently. It has now disclosed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UK-headquartered conglomerate SRAM & MRAM Group for a potential $100 million investment, according to reports.
