CB Customs Broker and heyworld join forces in strategic merger to create new opportunities for growth and innovation

The two Lufthansa Cargo subsidiaries, CB Customs Broker and heyworld, will merge their expertise and strengths within a single company effective 1st January 2026. CB Customs Broker specialises in all areas related to EU Customs clearance; heyworld is a digital logistics platform for cross-border eCommerce transport solutions. The goal of this merger is to unite complementary capabilities and create a unique one-stop offering for cross-border logistics solutions at parcel level.

Customers with high volumes of cross-border parcel shipments will gain access to a superior level of service and expertise through the newly formed company. Tailored logistics services will combine advanced customs brokerage with cross-border transport solutions and seamless digital integration. This holistic approach is designed to improve speed, transparency, and efficiency across the entire supply chain.

The new company will be jointly led by Murat Odabas, Managing Director of CB Customs Broker, and Nikola Todic, Managing Director of heyworld GmbH.
