CARGO operations at Manohar International Airport at Mopa will start soon, which will help the coastal state’s pharmaceutical sector, said Mr Pramod Sawant, Goa Chief Minister, while addressing industrialists at a function in the presence of Union Minister Mr Piyush Goyal in Panaji, Goa. The handling of cargo from Manohar International Airport will ensure that pharmaceutical units will not have to de-pend on other states. State Transport Minister Mr Mauvin Godinho added that the state having two airports, in Dabo-lim and Mopa, was helping tourism, as per a report.
